Got a question about a ring I reviewed? A correction? Your own testing data? I read every message.
Email: contact@smartringsreviews.com
What I’m happy to hear from you about
- Corrections. If you spot an error, a stale spec, or a claim that doesn’t match your experience with a device, please tell me. I will investigate, update the post, and add a dated correction note.
- Testing data. If you’ve done side-by-side comparisons and want to share your numbers, I want to see them. With your permission I may cite your findings.
- Questions about specific use cases. “I have Raynaud’s — will this ring read correctly?” “I’m a shift worker — which ring handles irregular sleep best?” “I can’t wear jewelry at work — are any of these hypoallergenic?” Good questions like these often turn into future articles.
- Feedback on the site itself. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, let me know.
What I can’t help with
- Medical questions. I’m not a doctor. If a ring flagged something unusual and you’re worried, please talk to your physician.
- Lost or unresponsive rings. Contact the manufacturer directly — they have your order information and can troubleshoot or replace devices.
- App support. Same — the ring brands have support teams, and they can see your account data. I can’t.
For brands and PR
I do not accept sponsored review content, paid placements in ranked lists, or “guaranteed positive coverage” arrangements. I am happy to:
- Receive press releases about new hardware launches — pr@smartringsreviews.com
- Verify technical specifications pre-publication
- Sit for a briefing on a new product, with the clear understanding that a briefing does not commit me to a review
I am not available for ambassador programs, affiliate upgrades beyond standard public tiers, or early-access exclusives that require embargo.
Response time
I am a one-person operation. I aim to respond within three business days. Sometimes it takes longer — if a week passes and you haven’t heard back, please resend.
